Delivery Times and Charges:


All orders are processed the same day they are received, and will be despatched within 24 hours. All deliveries will need a signature.

Standard Delivery -Royal mail 2nd Class (please allow up 3-5 working days) - Free
1st Class Delivery - Royal Mail 1st Class delivery (please allow 1-2 working days) - £4.95
Express Delivery - next business day delivery can be accommodated if ordered before 2.00pm - £6.95

European Countries that are members of the European Union
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery - £5.95
(These orders will be processed in Pounds Sterling)

European Countries that are NOT members of the European Union
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery - $10.95

USA and Canada
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery - $15.00

Other Countries

Delays and Stock Availability:

Unfortunately we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest. If something is out of stock, we'll always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates and we will contact you asking you whether you would still like us to send the order to you. We will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send you.
