Returns and Exchange You may return all or part of your order for exchange or a full refund (excluding any original postage costs) within 14 days of receipt.
Please follow the procedures detailed below in order to exchange or return items.
How to Exchange Items:
1. Please call us on 0845 004 8606 or send an email to returns@picchumaternity.com and let us know your original invoice number and which items from that order you would like to exchange. 2. We will send out your exchange items the same day. If there is any difference in cost, we will call you and let you know so that payment or a refund can be arranged. There is no postage charge for your first exchange. 3. Once the exchange items are received, please fill out the form on the back of your original invoice noting that you have returning exchanged items. 4. We recommend you return goods via Recorded Mail and ensure you retain the completed Certificate of Posting stamped by your local post office. For international returns, please request the local equivalent as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit. 6. You will receive your refund credit (if due) back to the original payment method within a week of returning items. 7. Please note that refunds on items bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer knowing. 8. We cannot refund or exchange goods which have been used or customer damaged.
To Return Goods For a Refund:

We recommend that you send goods via Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post. 3. You will receive your refund credit back to the original payment method within a week of returning items. 4. Please note that refunds on items bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer knowing. 5. We cannot refund or exchange goods which have been used or customer damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
