Shipping Information

All orders are processed the same day they are received, and will be despatched within 24 hours. All deliveries will need a signature.

Delivery charges and timescales are as follows:

USA and Canada
All orders are shipped via Fedex Express and will arrive within 1-2 working days - $10.00

Other Countries
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery - $15.00
(Order destined for these countries must be placed on our US web site. Go to www.picchumaternity.com/chooselocation.html and select the country that you would like the order to be delivered to before placing your order. These orders will be processed in US Dollars. Unfortunately, at this time,  we are not able to deliver to countries that are not available as choices at the above link.)

Local taxes may be payable outside of the UK and the European Union.

Delays and Stock Availability:

Unfortunately we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest. If something is out of stock, we'll always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates and we will contact you asking you whether you would still like us to send the order to you. We will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send you.
