Placing An OrderWays To Order Orders can be placed in the following ways:
Online – Ordering through our website couldn’t be simpler or safer. Once you have selected the items you wish to order, simply check-out and complete your payment through our secure online payment service provider.
By Phone – Please call our Customer Service number on +44 (0)845 004 8606 between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm for phone orders. We are open Monday – Friday.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from the United Kingdom or Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Pounds Sterling or your own currency. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. For security reasons, please do not email us your credit card details.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Solo and Switch. Pre-ordered items (items not yet in stock but available to purchase) are charged when the order is processed. If you do not wish for the payment to be processed until the pre-ordered goods are ready to be shipped, you can place your order by telephone and we will hold the payment.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
